No such thing as 'soluble fibre'...

Yeap! That's what the GP said when I went to her for help, hoping she could recommend a good stool softener or suppository (or something that works better and quicker than laxatives!)...All she did was prescribe Fybogel (which I already have in abundance!) and told me to eat more weetabix, before proclaiming (in a condescending manner) that ALL fibre is soluble...Riiiiiight...

I have lost all faith in the NHS...

Off to make some 'zhou' - rice porridge which is full of soluble fibre goodness,
