new here and desperate!

My IBS started a few days after I found out I was pg. It took a few weeks to figure out what it was. They did a lot to rule out baby first. It has been really hard to find out what my triggers are because I seem to be in pain all day long. I am not sure that anything makes it much worse or better. However I am starting to see that carbs make the gas worse which makes the pain worse.. duh I guess. I started taking gas-x and that really seems to help a lot. The one thing I do know that really throws me into a tizzy is fats. Anything greesy or fried, make me want to die.

So I guess I have two questions. Is there anyway to figure out what it is that is still bothering me. I must be eating something if the pain is still persistant right??

Second is fish seem to be OK? I am struggling to find stuff to eat and losing weight. Which normally would be a good thing, but I am really concerned about getting enough nutrients and protien to my baby.

Anyone have any helpful suggestions??? PLease??
