Does ANYONE ELSE experience this?       10/25/04 05:49 PM Edit Reply Quote Lauriea Reged: 08/18/04 Posts: 35 I am IBS-C and do fairly well on Heather's diet and Citrocel. However every once in a while I experience the strangest set of symptoms and I don't know what to do. I get a headache (more achy and not so painful) and my head feels hazy and not clear. Sometimes I feel a bit light headed. This leads to a queasy feeling and loss of appetite and nausea. Usually I develop sores in my mouth or on my tongue and I feel exhausted and wiped out. This lasts a few days and when it goes away I am so hungry. I had these symptoms even before I began Heather's diet and they have not changed. Does this happen to you?
