I've been doing the diet for about 1 month now and i am feeling great! I slipped once since and that was last sat., i had not one but TWO Krispy Kreme doughnuts!!! It didn't do anything to me, I was so relieved, because i felt i was really pushing it. Anyway, my question is, i am still confused at how much fat i should have. I am not good at reading labels like 2%, 25% or whatever, in a day i usually eat a banana and sourdough toast with honey with peppermint tea + SF, then usually pasta, rice, chicken, or turkey for lunch and dinner. I use oil spray, and very little olive oil sometimes when i absolutely needed. I know we are supposed to have less than 25% of fat per day, but i don't know how to calculate this. I mean how much chicken breast has, or turkey? If i use a teaspoon of olive oil in a big batch of tomato sauce (i make about 3 of the huge cans of tomatoes and make it for the whole week) how do I know how much a portion has???? I am sorry, i probably sound stupid, but i really don't know!! Ok, thanks for your help!
