Don't do the nutritional supplements, they reek havoc on the gi track, I am suffering right now. I would add more carbs to your diet, rice, pasta, bread. Add a little oil where you can. There are plenty of proteins with canned tuna or salmon, chicken, turkey, egg whites, fish, shrimp. You will be able to put on same weight if you eat the extra carbs and cut back on cardio.
