I cannot eat an ice cream cone alone but if I have a little ice cream with a meal, or dairy in baked products, I can handle that. The same goes for hfcs or veggies. If the quanties are small and eaten with soluble fiber, I can handle most of the trigger foods. I just can't eat them alone or large quantites at one time. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
