Hi Karen-I am new to this site/board and read yours this evening...I suffer from a severe case of pain related IBD w/constipation & thought it rather strange that your doctor gave you Zelnorm for IBS-D, as Zelnorm is for IBS-C...what was he thinking? I, too, have been through all the antidepressents, anti-spasmotics and various other meds recommended for IBS, but to no avail. I havent tried Heather's diet fullforced yet, but am working on itt...I was a bit disappointed to read that you are doing the diet and still have the pain....ut oh-I am discouraged.
