I read in Heather's book that even lactose free diary is not good for IBS, something to do with Casein. I guess soy yogurt will be fine, but not if it makes you gassy. How about a nice dose of Gas-X with it? I am trying this everytime i get gas (which is quite often ) I am new to the diet but i hope this helps.
