Hi,

Once upon a time, when my IBS wasn't so bad, I took psyllium. (Believe it or not, it practically eliminated cramping.) In any case, whenever I would up the dose, I would go to the bathroom daily--but only for a few weeks. Then I'd be back to going every three days. (Ha! How I'd wish for that now!)
