Re: Enough SFS???       10/17/04 06:53 PM Edit Reply Quote court10 Reged: 10/06/04 Posts: 45 I am confused too. I was taking 1 tbsp of Citrucel and my stools are fine. I am going to switch to Benefiber because it has more fiber and no fillers like Citrucel. However, I don't know if I should increase to maybe 2 or 3 tbsp daily just to make sure I get enough soluble fiber. I do eat alot of soluble fiber a day, but I guess you can't get too much.
