I've found a lot of great info on this site and if you haven't read *everything* yet, I'd encourage you to do so. Have no experience with Fibercon, but as with any SFS do start with a low dose and drink lots, I say lots, of water. When you're searching for what works, you might want to avoid buying the jumbo size of whatever you're trying at the moment!
