I've been using this site for months, I just never made an "appearance" on the board. I've been following Heather's advice in her book and the recipes are delicious! Unfortunately, I am still having pretty serious problems so I am scheduled for colonoscopy on 10/1 (fun, fun , fun!) My doctor also is doing (more) bloodwork...they took 8 viles of blood the other day...talk about overkill! He doesn't seem convinced that this is IBS because the symptoms have been more severe than what is usual for me (I have had IBS since I was a kid and I am 43 now.)
