Caffine Alt????       09/16/04 10:31 AM Edit Reply Quote Tanya83 Reged: 09/14/04 Posts: 8 I drank coffee EVERY MORNING for the past couple years. But over the last couple months (since my IBS has kicked in) my tummy starts to hurt literally minutes after I drink it - then I run to the bathroom. I know caffine is a trigger, but it seems like I can't get through the day w/o it, is there any caffine alt, that my tummy will like , and would give me the same "kick" ( other than green or black tea)?
