I am a stay at home mom to a ten month old boy, so I do stay very busy with him and around the house and take him for walks when I can. I did stay on the diet of soluble-only foods with Benefiber powder for two weeks (no wonder I'm messed up), but thought I was supposed to do that until I was stable (I never stabilized).
