If I was to eat that I would have no chance of going to the toilet. I strongly believe that this is the main problem with me and I haveto try and eat things that will help me go, but at the same time not going overboard which will make me more uncomfortable. I have tried to order the books here in Australia, but they are not available. I even had one book shop tell me that you could not get them from the us. If Heather reds this maybe she could let me know how I could get a copy to Australia.
