Surgery is not really an option for me after talking with my specialist. He told me that he operated on a woman with the same irregularity as myself with the intention of only taking a 20cm section of the colon. Well he told me that they stuffed the whole operation up and now she is on a bag. I dont care how bad things get, I will never have surgery. Can you give me an idea of what you would eat in a typical day, I know that everyone is different, but Iam still willing to learn new things that may help myself
