Confused about Citrucel maximum dose: HEATHER and EVERYONE please help!       09/05/04 07:42 PM Edit Reply Quote Lauriea Reged: 08/18/04 Posts: 35 I am IBS-C and have worked myself up to 2 Tablespoons of Citrocel twice a day so that I get 4 grams of soluble fiber each day. I am still C! Do I understand Heather's suggestion to mean that I should work up to the equivalent of 12-15 grams of soluble fiber per day from supplement? That means I should be taking at least 8 more grams of supplement a day...sounds like a lot! How should I work this into my day? Thanks so much. I appreciate all your help.
