How to tell your friends & co-workers about IBS       09/02/04 01:42 PM Edit Reply Quote tam38 Reged: 06/28/04 Posts: 12 I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out how to tell my friends and co-workers about my IBS-D. In the past I've vaguely alluded to the fact that sometimes I "get sick." But I believe most people assume that I just get stomach pains or feel like throwing up. What's a good way to communicate that not only do I feel sick, but I'm also dependent on finding a bathroom (without dropping the D-word)? Thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
