Taking some Immodium as a preventative works pretty well, although you'll probably end up being backed up for a few days. But as Kimm said, it really isn't the worst thing if you've got to go in the woods. I take it you're not going to a provincial park so it sounds as if you'll be out in the middle of no where. Bring TP, a shovel and a good flashlight and just walk far til you get privacy. Having it in your mind that if you can go if you need to as opposed to thinking "Oh crap! there's no bathroom" will make a huge difference in how much you enjoy the trip.
