Ok -
so i saw my doctor yesterday - who I am a big fan of - and he still feels based on my description of symptoms, diet, changes i have made, etc.. that I have a spastic condition as opposed to something more serious. He gave me a prescription for belladonna (http://www.mdadvice.com/library/drug/drug71.html) and wants to see how a respond to it. In a month he will do blood work on me, but he seems confident that this will help and allow me to get back to normal. I started it last night with dinner and i was fine this morning. Made it to work and had no issue on the train -- was a nice feeling. Had another pill before lunch and I am feeling good.
