Hello. I haven't been able to handle fried food for years, so that is a BIG no! All I do is take a sweet potato with the white flesh and peel it. Then I chuck it in the microwave for about 10 minutes total (flip after 5). Then I cut it into chips size pieces and sometimes put some seasoning on it, but bake it in the oven until done. I like to bake them on 550F (I know that is a high heat, but they don't take as long to bake)for about 10 minutes on each side. Cooking time is about 20 minutes give or take and I do keep my eye on them. Then I just plate them up and have with my peas and ketsup.

I didn't mean to scare you thinking that they were fried. I bake everything! LOL!!

Hope you like them.

Take care,

Sheri
