Once you understand the Eating for IBS guidelines, you can alter most recipes easily to be safe for us. I don't know of any other websites that offer JUST recipes that are IBS-safe; just this one. However, you can work with recipes on other sites by subsituting soy products for dairy, egg whites for whole eggs, greatly reducing the fats and oils used, etc. Some of my favorite recipe sites are: http://www.fatfree.com http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/ http://www.cooking.com/recipes/ http://www.recipesource.com/ http://www.vegweb.com http://www.anitasrecipes.com/home.asp http://www.cookingcache.com/home.html http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/ http://www.bettycrocker.com/default.aspx?
