I do snowmobile, I'm online alot (way too much). I also Garden both flowers & vegetables.   Location Minnesota   Bio I beleive I have had Ibs for a few years (I'm not sure exactly how long). As long as I follow the things from this Web site I seem to be fairly good. The only thing the doctors told me after the diagnois was to go on a high fiber diet no mention of the kinds of differnet fibers or how to mix them. I also have Acid Reflux which doesn't help.
