My symptoms (other than the constipation) are sporadic and I have not been able to really find any triggers. I'm just trying to follow "the diet" and see if I improve with time. Dr. first gave me Amitza which did nothing - now I'm taking dicyclamine, which certainly can't be helping with my the C in my IBS.
