As soon as I found out, I found Heather's site. I printed out a list of all the stuff that I could and couldn't eat, and my doctor said my list was very acurate. I started following Heather's guidelines, and I have been great and have had hardly any upsets. I just got both of her books, and I know that they'll be a great help to spice up my diet. Guys, hang in there, and know that you're not alone, and this isn't all that bad...
