Yoga Newbie - Need help!!!!!!!!

Hi,
So I've been practicing yoga for a week now and I must admit I do feel better than I did before I started!  I got a yoga mat and a few DVD's as a gift and I was wondering if any of you have suggestions for other beginner DVD's that would be good for me to try.
So far I've tried "Yoga for Dummies" and the "Gaiam AM and PM Yoga". Any suggestions would be great!

Oooo, I've got just the thing. It's "OM Yoga in a Box" by Cyndi Lee, who runs the OM yoga centre in NYC. It's great - she is so cool and funny and a great teacher. You get a CD that split into sections that you can mix and match depending on how much you want to do. And you get corresponding flash cards of the poses. And a music tape if you want to do it without the "class". And a strap and incense.
I got mine off a UK website, but I think Amazon.com stocks it.
I love it. I really must practice some more!

Thanks Linz! That's exactly what I was looking for! Aren't these bulletin boards AND ALL THE PEOPLE ON THEM great!
I must admit - since I've been taking the time to practice yoga I have felt a bit more calm and less stressed and my bowel seems to like it too. I suppose it's hard to say that these improvements are "because" of the yoga but I do enjoy the time out for myself and the convenience of doing it in my home!
