In response to yoga for IBS, I've been doing "power yoga" (correct name - astanga yoga) twice a week for several months. It's exceptional for flexibility, strength training and IBS cramps. It's also been easy on my knees and improved my weak and sore lower back.

I love ashtanga yoga! It's great for flexibility and gives you great strength. How long have you been doing it? I 've been doing it for...um..about a year.
