I am looking for a really good yoga class or instructor in NYC, there are so many here that I thought someone might have some good insight?

I don't know what your price range is, but I know someone who swears by the ones at the Equinox Club at 63rd and Lex.

Oh really? I belong to the NYSC, and I actually live right up the street from the Equinox that you were mentioning! Do you practice yoga in the city?

I don't, due to other health problems, but my personal trainer does and takes the classes there. She also teaches.

Your personal trainer takes yoga at Equinox? Do you know what kind of Yoga?? And since you live in the city, do you have any good restaurants that are good with IBS?? I actually love Blockheads, they make great soy burritos and sweet potatoe burritos!

Not sure, but they have all kinds including bikram. i'll ask her Thursday when i see her.

Restaurants are tough. I have the best luck with coffee shops and diners. The more expensive the restuarant the more difficult for me to find something I can eat safely. Seven of my 20 attacks of D in the past three years have been during or right after a fancy restaurant meal -- including my 50th birthday celebration last summer.

Sweet potato burritos sound yummy -- I'll have to check them out!
