If anyone would like to try yoga without having to go out and buy or rent videos, there is a website you can google for called 'Yoga Yak.'
It has a lot of free yoga videos, and I like a lot of them! There is even Kundalini yoga for bowel health, which I haven't tried myself, but definitely will.
