I just got it in the mail, I'm so excited to watch it!
I've spent so many $$$ on supplements and special foods that $16 feels like nothing compared to everything else! But I don't have any kids so no going-back-to-school expenses for me, either!
I wish Netflix worked overseas as well, I used to love it!

Should be. I ordered it from the mayo clinic directly but it took an age to arrive. I've seen it on amazon though. Mayo Clinic Welness Solution IBS. If your interested there's also a DVD called Yoga for stress release which has a section on IBS and stretches to help with C and D. It much more slow moving and is based on stretches.

What exactly is the name of the Yoga DVD? I would love to order it but am afraid to order the wrong one!!!

It's called Mayo Clinic Wellness Solution for IBS. The diet info was a little off but the yoga was good. If you want something more orientated to beginners ther's a dvd called yoga for stress release which has a section for ibs.
