I took a morning crash course and I LOVED it! I posted this in the fitness board, but I wanted to let y'all know here, too. For those of you who don't know, it is based on: Meditation Prostrations 5 Yoga steps/ positions and sequences(differ from other regular kinds, and can incorporate more than one pose - there is some movement in between some) Meditation
This can take only 10 - 20 minutes a day!!!! What I loved about it is you know exactly what to do. I've taken yoga classes before, but the problem was I got home and it was like ho hum, what do I do? This is simple - you follow the steps, and repeat each pose up to 21 times, and it's totally up to you. You can do one pose once, the next 15 times, the next 21 times, WHATEVER your body needs and is capable of.
For a Stay at Home Mom, this has been amazing for me. If you ever get the chance to try it - DO!!!! Plus, these poses will build your strength. It's a great workout, but simple enough even for a beginner.
