I already do some yoga for my IBS...but I'm wondering if there is any meditation/yoga you recommend for this specifically? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!! I know lots of people like her though, I think both Linz and Casey have her audio tapes and I think they really like them (???) Her voice is so relaxing and the lesson always makes me laugh - usually when I'm attempting tree pose! I don't know if she's done any videos, I just have the (OM Yoga In a Box for beginners) CDs.
