Hi
Does anyone know a very simple yoga tape I can order online? I'd love suggestions. It would help if it isn't too pricey since I live in Canada.

I found a nice one that is pretty basic. It's called Wai Lana Yoga. I got it from the library and then memorized her sequences. Have you tried checking out a bunch from the library? Ours (I'm in Regina) has lots. I've checked out about 5 so far and there are at least 30 others. Give it a try. Then you can check it out without it costing anything. Let me know which ones you like. I'm still looking.

I use Dixie Carter's Unworkout. It's a beginner's yoga tape with nice easy strecthes and deep breathing. I really like it alot. It is my favorite! I always feel better after I've stretched with Dixie! Good luck to you!!! BJ
