I have 4 kids already and hope to be expecting #5 soon. I have limited funds(like all single income stay at home families) and would like to purchase just one video. Does anyone know what the difference might be and would it be as effective? Thanks.
I'd get the prenatal one as you'll only worry about doing the wrong thing whilst pregnant otherwise! It'll still be simple yoga and you can get started on that.
Thank you. Well, I've always wanted a family and I'm getting it along with all the extras, a dog, a cat and chickens(makes for great safe eggs without much cost.
