Gastric Breath

Hi guys,
At Yoga we learnt the gastric breath the other night. It is good for the GI tract.

Lie on your back knee drawn into chest. Do right knee first. Other knee bent with foot in towards bottom.
Inhale through the nose and as you lift your chin towards your knee really force the breath out of your mouth. Repeat 3 times.

Do the same on left side and then finish off with wind pose (both knees into chest).

Have a go!
