Since I'll be on a plane at 7:20am next Friday!! I will really ENJOY my stretches tonight and I'm sure I will really be in need by the 22nd when I get to go again.
And it was a hard practice this week.....not because it was difficult poses, but that construction was going on outside...roomer has it that a Barns & Nobel is going in Anyway it was really hard to concentrate.....but on the plus side it was like getting a massage when laying on the floor due to the jackhammer making the whole thing vibrate!! LOL
