I just had the opportunity to watch this documentary. It was very, very good. It just goes to show you the power of food to heal as opposed to medications. I would recommend to all...very motivating.

Wasn't it inspiring?! To see a sick, exhausted man who had trouble walking for more than five minutes at a time transformed into someone healthy who could jog and play football with his son was SO moving! Just give the body what it needs and get out of its way, and see what it can do!

Yes, I so agree with you. And to be off ALL meds was incredible. The truck driver was unbelievable! How he transformed himself and left the trucking business...I was at a loss for words. That man was near death and look at him now. Sooooo good!

I often feel the need to point out that after being veggie for somewhere close to 10 years I'm still fat, sick, and nearly dead. In fact while IBS is one of the most difficult illnesses I have it's of the least concern to my doctors. It's also important to remember that things like cholesterol adsorption/levels are 95% caused by genetics and only 5% diet.

Sorry it hasn't worked for you. I have never felt better than on a veg diet. And you have to turn that gene on or "express" it. Just because you have the gene does not mean you are doomed. Food for me, is my "farmacy"! Big Pharma will NOT get a piece of me.

Try the hypnosis for your IBS...it may help, where doctors fail!
