For those interested, Oprah will replay an episode this Thursday called Food 101 with Michael Pollan. I know Dragonfly had stated that she wanted to catch it, if aired again.
The reason I am posting it here is they have Alicia Silverstone on who wrote the book, "The Kind Diet." She is vegan and I have heard that the book has very good vegan recipes.
It is a great show, and you can purchase the documentary, "Food 101", if interested.

I saw that episode! I so happy Alicia was on Oprah and surprised!!I 'm a huge fan of her. She is so talented, kind and smart which is rare in L.A. Hwer book is a must read. I'm glad it got really good reviews.
