Is this too good to be true??

Betty Crocker has a new cookie mix out for chocolate chip cookies that appears to be fairly safe. Yes, it has wheat and egg ingredients. But...only 3 grams of fat per serving (2 cookies). I DO NOT see any MSG's listed and NO dairy. Is this too good to be true and am I just reaching here, or do you think it's possibly safe to eat? (PMS -- it'll get ya every time!!!
