cant find soy butter or cheese

I have been looking for soy butter..I assume it exists...just cannot find it in the store...help?...also I wanted to make the clam chouder in Heather's recipe book but I cannot find clam broth is there a sub?
oops one other question - before I started this diet I was using the butter spray which has no fat in it - I have not yet tried it while doing this diet - does anyone have a response to that? Is there other ingredients I should be looking for as opposed to it being fat free?

Have you been looking for the soy products in the supermarket, or the health food store? I found that I had to go to a health food store to find soy margarine. As for the clam broth (juice)... have you tried asking someone who works in the store? I always find that I walk past the item I'm looking for a dozen times or so, and then I ask someone where to find it, and there it is. 
The butter spray, I have no idea about... is it the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter stuff? I know other people use it, if that's what it is, but it has dairy derivatives in it so I won't touch the stuff... I use butter-flavor cooking spray instead.
I have no idea if that was at all helpful, but hopefully it was.

I live in PA and shop at Wegmans (its a chain with stores in PA, NY, NJ, and VA). Wegmans has a big organic/health food section withing the regular grocery store where all the soy stuff is. I know you don't have a Wegmans where you live, but maybe one of the local chains has a similar section. Also, I've found that my vegan/vegetarian friends know where to find this kind of stuff, so I'd suggest asking around at work to see if anyone there knows where to shop. Sorry I can't be of any more help.

I find it in the regular supper market...look in the area of canned tuna or salmon as well as near the spaghetti sauce in jars...those are the two places that I find it.

I have been looking in a grocery store and I have not asked anyone - I probably have walked right by it!! lol...
Yes it is the I cant believe...spray and I tried it today and I am not sure I did not get bloated right away which is a good sign...
