Road Trip Snacks/Food?

My husband and I are planning a road trip about 2 days of driving, and I was wondering if any of you had any good ideas for travel snacks besides the ones in Heather's book.

I snack on pretzels, and rice chex alot. Maybe you could get the individual servings of applesauce and rice crispy treats. Hope this helps!
