I've developed an addiction to these lately. I made them again this morning, but I tried a few new things:

First, I eliminated all the soy margarine - none in the topping, none on the rolls themselves. They still tasted wonderful.

Second, I made 6 instead of 9. This worked out fine, too.

Third - and best of all - I put these together the night before, covered the muffin tin with aluminum foil, and put it in the refrigerator overnight. This morning, I put the tin on the counter to warm up a little while the oven pre-heated, then cooked as directed. It worked great. Since I'm pretty much in a fog for a while after getting up, I was delighted about this.

Thanks again, Kree, for a yummy recipe.

When I made these last time and made only 6 rolls instead of 9 it worked fine. However, when I made 6 rolls this morning, they overflowed and my oven was a mess. So, if you're going to make 6 rolls, put aluminum foil under the muffin tin to catch any gooey eruptions. (They were still delicious.)
