what with the weather getting so warm here in Canada, i am looking for an ibs safe potato salad.

Mmmmmmm,that sounds yummy! Have you found a mayonnaise you can tolerate? Can you eat onions? Dried parsley flakes? If you answered yes to all of these questions, I'll send you my favorite potato salad recipe pronto! (My husband LOVES it)! Hope I can help----

Hi Ruchie: yes to two and so-so to the third as I can tolerate onions and parsley flakes but mayonaisse only in small amounts. Send it anyway and I will have a look at it, thanks.
