Does anyone have a list of ibs safe margarines. I use smart balance light, and I'm not having any trouble because of it. Anyone else using it?

Earth Balance is what I use - I really like it.

I have heard others mention Soy Garden Margerine also.

Is absolutely amazing. I love it -- and I know real butter lovers who have switched over to Soy Garden.

Also, country crock, parkay, and other margarines are dairy free -- but filled with really grungy ingredients. Go with SG!

You know I have been using Soy Garden for over 2 years, since one of my friends got me hooked on it. I like it so much better than butter now. I have tried butter recently and it tasted so horrible.

We LOVE this stuff. It tastes SOOOOO much like real butter, only better. Yeah. Melts beautifully too.

It still is FAT, though, so you still gotta go easy on it, but .... oh yeah, you betcha! We have to drive 30 miles to get it, but it's worth it.

Bev

Wait. Here I go praising stuff again. I better tread softly here......
