I just wanted to say that tonight I made the Sloppy Joe recipe from our last news letter and thought that they turned out BRILLIANT!! I froze some of it and will have the rest on Saturday.

Me too, Sheri! I made the recipe tonight and it tastes great! Just waiting for my family to come home to serve it for dinner. I can't wait to hear what they say. Wonder if they'll notice it's not ground turkey for a change?

I know that Heather always suggests good recipes, but I wasn't too sure how I would like the tvp, but I was pleasantly surprised. How did the family like it?

Hi Sheri,
They really liked it! My husband asked, "What type of non-meat product am I eating?!" but said he enjoyed it. My son, who ate later than we did, never even said a word...just gobbled it up!
