Does anyone here cook with fat free So Good Soy Beverage? It's like soymilk but only made with soy protein. It has raw sugar cane and corn syrup that isn't high fructose so is it ok to have?

I use So Good Fat Free all the time and love it. It sits fine with me.

Hi Angel
I cook with So Good Soy Beverage all the time and bake with it as well. I also use So Nice Vanilla for my Oatmeal and Cream of Wheat. I never thought I would use this milk but when your desperate like I was you make the changes you need to.

My kitchen is NEVER without fat free So Good. I use it all the time for baking and for drinking. It really is so good isn't it??
