Baked potato question!

I was wondering how long these stay good in the fridge after you bake them....also how does everyone bake theirs?
I bake mine at 400 for 50-60 minutes. With tin foil. Just curious how everyone else does theirs!

I'm not sure how long they stay in the fridge... I've actually never had one last that long! Lol.
I have to admit, I'm usually a lazy bum and make my "baked" potatoes in the microwave!! I don't remember exactly how long I nuke them but if you're interested I can check in the little book that came with the microwave.

Thanks Kree! I usually bake a few and reheat them when I feel like one. Or right before a meal...I'll check my microwave instructions to see what the time is on mine!

I made baked potatoes for Easter dinner and we had so many left. I stuck them in the fridge and I think Tory had one 2 weeks later. I don't know if I would go that long but maybe a week.
BTW, my microwave has a baked potato setting. It just checked and it's about 3 min 40 secs for one potato and about 11 min and 30 sec. for 4 potatoes.
