Question about TVP

Hi does anyone know if Textured Soy Protein is the same as TVP. This is all I could find because TVP is so hard to find.

Georgette - I think it is--TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein and soy beans are vegetables, so viola! If I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody will tell me. LOL

I just bought some TVP and it says it is produced from soy flour.
