Hi everyone,
I was just wondering, for the ADB recipe, should the Applesauce be the sweetened or unsweetened kind? Thanks a lot

I doubt that it matters much, but I always used the unsweetened. Regardless, you can't miss. This is a FABULOUS recipe!

I'm pretty sure sweetened applesauce from the bottle, unless organic, is made with high frutose corn syrup. You won't want the extra sweetness from the sweetened applesacue in the brownies anyways. I hope they turn out well for you.

Thanks everyone. Yup I used unsweetened - they were definitely sweet enough with the sugar alone...And they turned out great. They are YUMMY!!!
