I LOVE this recipe! I made these again tonight and thought I'd bump the recipe.

I never use the carrot and the oil. And I just now realized there are TWO egg whites! I've only been using one! Ooops. I also like to add Old Bay seasoning.

I made this recipe for Tunaburgers today for lunch. They were delicious. I had them with a baked potato. I didn't have a grill, so pan-fried them.

I think you could. Rachel Ray on the Food Network made shrimp burgers a while back. She used small shrimp, ground half the shrimp, left the other half whole, and mixed both ground and whole into the other ingredients. If you prefer a smoother texture, I'd think you could grind it all up. If you try this, please post how it comes out.
